Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will work with Indian students of all age groups in a remote, contract-based role. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering structured online lessons in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English, as well as guiding learners in public speaking, presentation skills, and overall communication confidence. The expert will design age-appropriate activities, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to different proficiency levels.

Additional tasks include creating learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, maintaining session records, and engaging families or guardians with clear updates on student progress.
