Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online sessions in English phonics and public speaking for working professionals and younger children across the domestic Indian region. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating interactive learning materials, and conducting live, structured classes that build pronunciation, articulation, vocabulary, confidence, and presentation skills. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing individualized feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to different age groups and proficiency levels.

The expert will also collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, support parent and learner communication, and maintain accurate records of performance and attendance. This is a full-time remote role.





Qualifications

- Strong expertise in English phonics instruction, including sound recognition, blending, decoding, and age-appropriate reading support for younger children.
- Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, including voice modulation, body language, speech structuring, and confidence-building for working professionals and students.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools and e-learning platforms, with the ability to create interactive digital content and manage virtual classrooms effectively.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with clear, neutral, and learner-friendly diction suitable for diverse learners in the Indian region.
- Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to engage both children and adults.
- Background in education, communication, linguistics, English, or related fields; formal training or certifications in TESOL, phonics, speech, drama, or public speaking are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, maintain schedules, meet program goals, and collaborate with internal teams on curriculum and learner support.
- Prior experience teaching or coaching in online or blended learning environments, preferably with learners in the Indian domestic market.
