Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert serving Indian students across all age groups. The professional will design and deliver structured phonics and public speaking lessons, conduct interactive online sessions, and adapt teaching strategies to suit different age ranges and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content and activities, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining detailed records of performance.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, incorporating engaging digital tools, and communicating regularly with parents or guardians to share updates and recommendations. The expert is expected to create an inclusive,



supportive virtual classroom that builds confidence, clear communication, and a strong foundation in spoken English.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong teaching and facilitation skills, with experience in phonics instruction, speech training, and classroom management.
- Candidates should possess communication-focused skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to provide constructive, age-appropriate feedback.
- Candidates should possess curriculum and lesson design skills, such as planning structured learning paths, creating engaging materials, and aligning sessions with learning objectives.
- Candidates should possess online teaching and technical skills, including proficiency with video conferencing platforms, digital whiteboards, and basic troubleshooting for remote classes.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal and student-support skills, including empathy, cultural sensitivity to Indian learners, and the ability to motivate and build learner confidence.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience teaching phonics and public speaking to children, adolescents, or adults.
