Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sample collection for routine and specialized lab investigations.
- Ensure accurate labeling, logging, and barcoding of collected samples to prevent pre-analytical errors.
- Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to biomedical waste management standards.
- Ensure transparent communication and patient comfort during sample draws.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT / CMLT) or relevant clinical certification.
- Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy/sample collection in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or clinic setup.
- Skills: Strong venipuncture technique, vein assessment, and patient-handling skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
