Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible PHI Operator to join our Production Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and handling H-Beam and Tacking machines, ensuring quality standards, conducting material inspections, following PTW procedures, and maintaining 5S standards at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and handle SAW Welding machines for H-Beam production.
- Operate and manage Tacking Machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper welding and tacking operations according to production specifications.
- Perform quality control checks during the production process.
- Inspect incoming and processed materials to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, or deviations to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow the PTW (Permit to Work) process and all applicable safety procedures.
- Maintain proper workplace safety and follow PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S standards in the production area.
- Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are kept clean and organized.




- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain production-related records and follow company procedures.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines provided by the company.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production Engineering / H-Beam / Welding operations.
- Practical knowledge of SAW Welding.
- Knowledge of H-Beam machines and Tacking Machines.
- Positive understanding of Quality Control and Material Inspection.
- Knowledge of PTW (Permit to Work) procedures.
- Good understanding of 5S practices.
- Ability to identify welding and production-related defects.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and capable of independently handling welding and production-related activities while maintaining quality and 5S standards. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
