Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and modify Plumbing & Fire Fighting MEP drawings using AutoCAD.

- Work on Fire Fighting, Sprinkler, Plumbing, Drainage and STP systems.

- Assist in FAS (Fire Alarm System) design and coordination.

- Prepare layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.

- Coordinate drawings with Electrical, HVAC and Architectural services.

- Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and project requirements.

- Coordinate with site teams and assist in resolving design-related issues.

- Make revisions to drawings based on site requirements and consultant/client comments.

- Ensure drawings are prepared accurately and as per applicable standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Basic understanding of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems.

- Knowledge of Sprinkler, Drainage, STP and FAS is preferred.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

- Good communication and coordination skills.





- Rapid learner with a willingness to learn new systems and standards.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline.

- Around 1 year of relevant experience in PHE/MEP design.
