We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Vibcare Pharma. You will assist with stock verification, checking product compositions, managing technical documentation, and supporting dispatch verification at our central godown. Key Responsibilities
- Verify product compositions, salt names, and dosages against incoming and outgoing stock records.
- Check batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates during godown verification.
- Monitor stock condition and maintain records of near-expiry stock and damaged goods.
- Support the dispatch team by matching invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills before shipment.
- Assist in reviewing visual aids, LBLs/leaflets, and product cards for accurate composition details.
- Maintain drug license records and regulatory documentation as required by company standards.
- Coordinate with sales and godown teams to address product-related queries from distributors and franchise partners.
- Update daily verification reports and stock entries in MS Excel.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Freshers welcome to apply.
- Education: D.Pharma or B.Pharma (Registered Pharmacist preferred).
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical salts, formulations, and dosages.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Good record-keeping and solid attention to detail.
- Clear communication in Hindi & basic English.
