A Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring secure and effective drug use, and providing guidance to patients and healthcare staff regarding medications.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and interpret doctor prescriptions accurately
- Dispense prescribed medications to patients
- Ensure correct dosage, labeling, and instructions
- Monitor drug interactions and contraindications
- Maintain proper records of medicines and prescriptions
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and storage
- Ensure availability of stock and manage inventory
- Follow hospital/pharmacy policies and legal regulations
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding patient medication plans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)



or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Valid Pharmacy Council Registration (mandatory)

Skills Required

- Good knowledge of medicines and drug interactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ethical and responsible attitude

Experience

- Experienced candidates can apply( 1-3)Freshers can also apply.
- Hospital or retail pharmacy experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
