We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to manage the pharmacy operations at an eye hospital. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescribed medications, maintaining inventory, ensuring proper storage of medicines, and providing guidance to patients on the correct usage of ophthalmic medications.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense eye drops, ophthalmic medicines, and other prescribed medications accurately.
- Verify prescriptions and provide instructions on medication usage and dosage.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and manage inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines as per pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain pharmacy records, billing, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
- Follow hospital policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
