- Dispensing of Medicines – Dispense medications accurately as per valid prescriptions and hospital protocols.

- Prescription Verification – Review prescriptions for appropriate drug, dose, route, frequency, allergies, interactions, and potential medication errors.

- Medication Safety – Ensure safe handling and dispensing of high-alert, LASA (Look-Alike/Sound-Alike), controlled, and high-risk medications.

- Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and maintain optimum inventory of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.

- Storage & Cold Chain Management – Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature and cold-chain requirements, as per manufacturer and regulatory standards.

- Medication Reconciliation – Support medication reconciliation at admission, transfer, and discharge to identify and prevent medication-related discrepancies.

- Clinical Coordination – Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related queries, alternatives, interactions, and appropriate use of medicines.

- Documentation & Records – Maintain accurate records of dispensing, controlled drugs,



narcotics, high-alert medications, temperature logs, and other pharmacy-related documentation.

- Patient Counselling – Provide patients and caregivers with appropriate guidance regarding medication usage, dosage, precautions, storage, and adherence, wherever applicable.

- Quality & Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to hospital policies, NABH standards, pharmacy regulations, infection-control practices, medication safety protocols, and participate in pharmacy audits and quality-improvement activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
