Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Gurugram. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescription medications, verifying treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing prescriptions from dermatologists, checking for potential interactions or contraindications, counseling customers on proper medication and product usage, and maintaining detailed records.

The role also involves coordinating with clinicians and customer support teams,



managing inventory of prescription and dermatology-related products, and upholding high standards of quality and customer care in a rapid-paced, health-tech environment.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical pharmacy skills, including prescription verification, dosage calculation, and medication counseling.
- Knowledge of dermatology-related medications, skincare and haircare products, and common treatment protocols.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing, documentation, and inventory management.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with patients, dermatologists, and internal teams.
- Comfort with using digital tools, e-prescription platforms, and health-tech applications.
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; valid pharmacy license/registration as per local regulations.
- Experience in a clinical, retail, or hospital pharmacy setting; prior exposure to dermatology or cosmetology is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
