Role & responsibilities

- Understand and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical products, compositions, dosage forms, strengths and applications.

- Research and identify suitable pharmaceutical products and manufacturers/suppliers.

- Coordinate with pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, distributors and business clients.

- Assist in developing recent business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, email, WhatsApp and other business channels.

- Prepare product information, quotations, price comparisons, product lists and related business documents.

- Coordinate collection of product specifications, certifications and other documents from manufacturers/suppliers.

- Conduct basic market and product research to identify commercially viable pharmaceutical products.

- Assist in processing customer enquiries and coordinating with internal and external teams until closure.

- Maintain proper records of enquiries, products, quotations, clients and business communications.

- Support the company in developing its pharmaceutical business and expanding its product portfolio.

- Ensure professional and timely communication with clients, suppliers and business partners.





- Perform other business-development and pharmaceutical product-related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Pharmacy, preferably B.Pharm; candidates with relevant pharmaceutical/life-science qualifications may also be considered.

- Good knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products, formulations, dosage forms and basic pharmaceutical terminology.

- Good spoken and written English with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and business partners.

- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable communicating through telephone, email and WhatsApp.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research and preparation of business documents.

- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, product coordination or pharmaceutical companies will be preferred.

- Fresh B.Pharm graduates with good communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply.

- Should be organized, proactive, presentable and willing to take responsibility.

- Ability to understand new pharmaceutical products and business processes quickly.

- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
