------------------------------ ## We Are Hiring: Accounts Executive Company: Caltron Location: Mumbai Industry: Pharma Manufacturing Experience Required: 1–2 Years Salary: Approx. ₹20,000 per month ## Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, financial records, and process purchase, sales, and journal entries.

Invoicing & Compliance: Generate and manage GST-compliant sales invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills via the or ERP.

Reconciliations: Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Taxation Support: Assist in TDS calculations, GST return preparations, and matching purchase/sales data.

AR/AP Management: Monitor outstanding accounts receivables and payables. ## Required Skills &





Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce () or equivalent.

Software: Positive working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, e-Invoicing, and TDS.
