Reporting To: Management / Security Head

Job Purpose To provide dedicated personal security and ensure the safety and protection of the assigned individual during office, residence, travel, meetings, events and other movements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Security

- Provide close protection to the assigned individual at all times as required.
- Maintain continuous awareness of the surrounding environment.
- Identify potential security risks and immediately report unusual or suspicious activities.
- Ensure safe entry and exit from offices, residences, hotels and public locations.
- Maintain appropriate proximity and positioning during movement.

2. Travel & Movement Security

- Accompany the assigned individual during local and outstation travel.
- Conduct advance checks of destinations, meeting venues and routes when required.
- Coordinate with drivers and security personnel for safe movement.
- Assist in planning secure routes and alternative routes.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding travel plans and movements.

3. Risk Management

- Assess security risks associated with meetings, events, travel and public appearances.
- Coordinate with local security personnel where necessary.
- Maintain emergency response procedures.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
- Immediately escalate serious security concerns to management.

4. Access & Visitor Management

- Monitor individuals approaching the protected person.
- Coordinate with reception/security teams regarding visitors.
- Ensure unauthorized persons do not gain access to restricted areas.
- Maintain discretion when dealing with VIPs, employees, vendors and visitors.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate with drivers, security guards, residence security and management.
- Work closely with the Security Head/Administration team.




- Maintain communication with relevant personnel during movements.
- Coordinate security arrangements for meetings, events and functions.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily movement/security reports where required.
- Report security incidents, suspicious activities and unusual observations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all security-related information.
- Submit incident reports to management when required.

Required Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Ex-Defence / Ex-Police / trained security personnel preferred.
- Valid security/professional training certification will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence preferred if the role requires driving.

Required Experience

- 5–12 years of relevant experience in personal security, close protection, executive protection, VIP security or similar roles.
- Experience protecting senior management, promoters, business owners, industrialists or other high-profile individuals preferred.
- Candidates with Defence / Police / Paramilitary background may be preferred, subject to applicable hiring and licensing requirements.

Working Conditions

- Flexible working hours depending on the movement schedule.
