Role Description This is a full-time, in office Personal Assistant role based at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation & Research in Thrissur.
The Personal
Assistant will support senior leaders with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Responsibilities include maintaining diaries and calendars, organizing travel and logistics, preparing correspondence and basic reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and communications. The role also involves handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records and files, supporting clerical tasks,
and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
The Personal
Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy in a healthcare setting, and provide professional, proactive support to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior professionals or management.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and prioritization of tasks and appointments.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document handling, record maintenance, data entry, and basic office software proficiency (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Administration, Business, or a related field are beneficial, along with prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
