Role:=Personal Assistant

Location: Kolkata (Behala)

Work Mode: on-site

Salary: 60000 INR

Responsibilities:

- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with team members, freelancers, clients, and collaborators
- Handle phone calls and basic communication
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and task lists




- Assist with administrative and operational work
- Help keep daily work organised and running smoothly

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Organised, punctual, and reliable
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and basic online tools
- Able to follow instructions clearly
- Professional, discreet, and responsible
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Coordinator is preferred, but not mandatory
- This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling coordination and communication tasks behalf of founder.
