- Valid 2-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler Driving Licence – Mandatory
- Good English & Malayalam communication skills
- Positive interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Presentable, responsible and well-organised
- Willing to travel locally for official requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and handle responsibilities efficiently
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day official activities
- Coordinate with staff and departments
- Handle official communication and follow-ups
- Support scheduling and administrative activities
- Assist with local official requirements and errands
- Coordinate and complete tasks assigned by the concerned authority
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
