We’re specifically looking for someone with prior digital marketing agency experience who understands how to manage campaigns, work with clients, and drive measurable results.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience
- Previous digital marketing agency experience is required
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Lead generation & conversion-focused campaign experience
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Understanding of funnels, targeting, creatives & CRO
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects independently
