Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Google Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns.

- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead-generation campaigns.

- Manage keywords, audiences, budgets, bidding and ad copies.

- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate and lead quality.

- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

- Work with sales, content and design teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences and landing pages.

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising experience.

- Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

- B2B lead-generation experience.

- Valuable understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.

- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Experience with audience targeting and remarketing.

- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
