We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to lead Waya’s product-driven customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing and executing data-led digital marketing strategies, scaling acquisition across online channels, optimising campaign performance, and improving conversion and user engagement.

The ideal candidate will combine strong performance-marketing expertise with analytical and commercial thinking, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities across the complete customer journey.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, ROI and other agreed performance targets.

- Develop and execute lead-generation initiatives across relevant digital channels to build a consistent and scalable acquisition pipeline.
- Own campaign performance tracking and reporting, ensuring marketing investments are efficient and aligned with business objectives.
- Define, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and other growth metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement structured A/B testing programs across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages and campaigns to improve performance.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, consumer behaviour, platform updates and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives against defined goals, including ROI, CAC,

conversion rates and other relevant KPIs.
- Use data and customer insights to optimise marketing budgets, channel allocation, targeting and campaign effectiveness.• Develop cutting-edge, scalable growth strategies across acquisition, conversion, revenue generation and retention.




- Work closely with product, technology, content and other internal teams to develop and optimise landing pages and improve the overall user experience.
- Analyse the complete customer journey across channels and touchpoints to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, tools and platforms and recommend relevant opportunities for integration.
- Develop and implement a robust reporting framework to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to management.
- Conduct structured daily, weekly and monthly campaign reviews to identify trends, diagnose performance gaps and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Use ongoing data analysis and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance and overall marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving conversions through paid digital acquisition channels.
- Strong expertise in campaign optimisation, audience targeting, performance measurement and marketing budget management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify actionable insights and make informed business decisions.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation and performance marketing metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, technology, content and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
