Redrob AI is building the AI screen of India. Several hundred million Indians will meet artificial intelligence for the first time on a phone rather than a laptop, and most of them will meet it through something that helps them earn more — so that is the thing we are building, and we are building it for them rather than adapting something designed elsewhere. What Kaabil is

Kaabil is a career application that combines two powerful capabilities: an AI agent that reaches out to real recruiters on a candidate's behalf every day, and a system that proves their skills through assessments, guided learning, and verifiable credentials. The two are connected in a continuous loop. Each job shows a match score and identifies the test or learning path that can improve it.

Once completed, the credential updates the candidate's resume and improves the agent's future outreach. A single score and progress bar track overall growth, while contests and leagues keep candidates engaged. For institutions, Kaabil helps turn student readiness into measurable progress.

- Paid Media:

Own Meta, Google, and YouTube performance, scaling and daily optimisation across the full funnel.
- App Growth:

Run app install and signup campaigns across Google UAC, Meta App Install, and Apple Search Ads.
- CAC & ROAS:

Optimise by channel, audience, cohort, and funnel stage to drive profitable growth.
- Retargeting:

Recover drop-offs through retargeting, lookalikes, audience refreshes, and intent-based campaigns.
- Creative & Landing Pages:

Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing across creatives and landing pages.
- Attribution & Analytics:

Own tracking and analytics across AppsFlyer, Airbridge, Firebase, and PostHog.
- ASO:

Improve Play Store and App Store visibility, keywords, listings, and organic installs.
- Budget Ownership:

Manage monthly spend, justify investments, and eliminate underperforming campaigns.
- Reporting & Experimentation:

Maintain a weekly dashboard focused on what to scale, kill, and test next.

- Cost per paying user is below LTV, and you can prove it by cohort rather than in aggregate.

- Install and signup volume is growing while cost per activation is flat or falling.
- You'll thrive here if
- 3–5 years of paid growth experience across Meta and Google for a D2C app or subscription product.
- Proven ownership of app install campaigns, not just web acquisition.
- Experience setting up attribution from scratch and understanding tracking challenges.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, hooks, and performance testing.
- Data-driven and confident in cutting underperforming channels and reallocating budget.
