- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive conversions, sales, and revenue growth for the company's e-commerce platform.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels (search, social media, display) to achieve desired ROI targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in managing Google Ads campaigns with solid ROI optimization skills.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, customer behavior, and online marketing best practices.
