Performance Marketing Executive — Meta & Google Ads

About the role

Kritsnam builds smart water-metering and management solutions. We are hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to run Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our Dhaara products.

You will work directly with the founder, who provides marketing strategy, creative direction, audience inputs and budget approvals. Your responsibility is to execute accurately, monitor performance and turn campaign data into useful recommendations.

What you will do

Set up and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns using approved creatives, audiences and budgets.

Monitor daily spending, campaign delivery, ad approvals, landing-page links and lead flow.

Manage audience lists, lookalike audiences and remarketing using approved customer data.

Review Google search terms and maintain relevant negative keywords.

Run structured tests of creatives, audiences and ad copy; document changes and results.

Maintain a clear dashboard connecting ad spend to leads, qualified enquiries, quotations and sales.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and closure outcomes.

Recommend what to scale, pause or improve, with supporting data.





Check conversion tracking and flag technical issues promptly.

What we are looking for

Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads—not only social-media posting or boosting posts.

Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and interpreting campaign performance.

Understands CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost.

Basic familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM tracking and conversion events.

Robust attention to detail, numerical ability and disciplined follow-through.

Willingness to learn the product and understand why leads do—or do not—become customers.

Experience with lead-generation campaigns or physical products is a plus. Relevant internships and freelance campaign experience count.

How success will be measured

Accurate execution, controlled spending, reliable reporting, better-qualified enquiries and contribution to sales—not simply more clicks or cheaper leads.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
