About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our paid marketing initiatives and help drive measurable growth through data-backed campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).




- Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting is an advantage.
- Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring paid ad campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and help optimize based on key metrics.
- Support in preparing performance reports and campaign insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility

- Candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or a fresher with a strong willingness to learn.
- Valuable communication, analytical thinking, and basic performance marketing knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
