About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to help grow SOLARA Home through advertising on quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

You should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, including working in-house at a consumer brand, where you personally ran and optimised paid campaigns. This role requires direct campaign execution, budget management and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

- Set up, run and optimise quick-commerce advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Manage keyword selection, bids, product targeting and daily budgets using the options available on each platform.
- Track ad spend, attributed sales, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click, click-through rate and conversion rate.
- Analyse product-level performance to identify which products to scale, improve or pause.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to align advertising with stock availability, pricing and promotions.




- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with clear budgets and performance goals.
- Work with the design and content teams to improve advertising creatives and product listings.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting results, learnings and recommended actions.

What we’re looking for

- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including mandatory in-house experience at a consumer brand.
- Direct experience running ads on at least one quick-commerce platform: Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart.
- Personal responsibility for campaign setup, optimisation and reporting—not solely agency coordination.
- A clear understanding of how advertising costs, product margins, discounts and availability affect profitable growth.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence analysing campaign data.
- Attention to detail, ownership of daily execution and the ability to explain performance clearly.
- Campaign examples demonstrating the budgets handled, actions taken and results achieved. Anonymised examples are welcome.

Good to have

- Experience with home and kitchen, cookware, appliances, drinkware or related consumer categories.
- Exposure to multiple quick-commerce advertising platforms.
- Experience with Amazon or Flipkart advertising.

What success looks like Consistent campaign execution, disciplined spending, improved advertising efficiency and measurable sales growth, supported by explicit reporting and practical recommendations.
