We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

Unique Digital Tech is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month (depending on experience & skills)

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience managing and optimizing lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
- Previous experience working with E-commerce and Real Estate brands is preferred
- Good understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking and optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
- Experience with different campaign objectives, funnels and lead-generation strategies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan,



launch and manage Google & Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance
- Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies and audiences
- Manage lead-generation campaigns for Real Estate clients
- Manage sales/conversion-focused campaigns for E-commerce brands
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights
