We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing efforts and help drive learner acquisition through paid campaigns across various digital channels.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
- Support campaign setup, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization
- Help conduct A/B tests for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop performance-focused creatives
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards
- Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance
- Support lead generation and acquisition initiatives
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices

What We’re Looking For





- 0–2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rate
- Basic understanding of digital funnels and lead generation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance reports
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new marketing strategies
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Analytics, or other analytics tools is a plus
- Internship or hands-on project experience in paid marketing is an added advantage
