Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage paid advertising campaigns (Google & Meta) and also handle LinkedIn personal branding and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor and improve:
- CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets and scaling strategies
LinkedIn Management & Growth
- Manage personal/company LinkedIn accounts
- Create and publish posts monthly
- Develop content strategy (authority + lead generation)
- Optimize profile for branding and visibility
- Handle:
- Daily engagement (comments, replies)
- Connection building
- Lead generation via DMs
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign and content performance for optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Basic to intermediate experience in:
- LinkedIn content & lead generation
- Valuable understanding of:
- Funnels & conversion tracking
- Retargeting strategies
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in B2B lead generation (LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation
- Copywriting skills (hooks, ad creatives, storytelling)
- Experience with CRM tools
