Remote Internship | Part-Time

VYAVI is a handcrafted fashion jewellery brand creating distinctive, wearable pieces for those who love expressive style.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in digital advertising, data and e-commerce, and wants hands-on experience working with real Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

What you’ll work on

Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and delivery

Track key advertising and e-commerce metrics

Analyse campaign, ad set and ad-level performance

Assist with audience and creative testing

Compare the performance of different ads and audiences

Identify underperforming campaigns and creatives

Assist with campaign optimisation under supervision

Prepare regular performance reports

Maintain campaign tracking sheets

Assist with catalogue/product advertising

Monitor website traffic and conversion activity

Assist with Meta Events Manager and conversion tracking

Assist with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Research competitors and relevant advertising trends

Suggest new testing and optimisation ideas based on campaign data

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:





Digital Marketing

Marketing

Advertising

Business Administration / BBA

B.Com

BMS

MBA / PGDM

Marketing Analytics

E-commerce

Business Analytics or a related field

Candidates from other disciplines with relevant performance-marketing knowledge, certifications or practical experience are also welcome to apply.

What we’re looking for

Basic understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

Interest in performance marketing and e-commerce

Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

Valuable communication skills

Willingness to learn and experiment

Ability to understand data and draw useful insights

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

You don’t need to be an expert. We value curiosity, analytical thinking and a genuine interest in learning performance marketing.
