What You'll Do

- Run Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, PMax, Display and Remarketing campaigns.

- Generate quality leads across multiple showroom locations.

- Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹10–20 Lakhs.

- Monitor and optimize CPL, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CTR and other key performance metrics.

- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion Tracking, WhatsApp Tracking and Call Tracking.

- Work closely with Sales, CRM and Creative teams to identify what converts and what doesn't.

- Build clear and actionable performance reports.

What We Need

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Expertise in GTM, GA4 and conversion tracking setup.

- Experience with CRM and lead management.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.





- Ability to question performance before increasing budgets.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and Local SEO.

Bonus Points If You

- Have experience with Power BI.

- Use AI tools regularly.

- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows.

- Have basic knowledge of Python.
