About Stickyy

Stickyy is a hospitality-focused marketing agency helping hotels, resorts, boutique stays, camps, and experiential properties generate more direct bookings and qualified leads through digital marketing.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can own the complete paid media strategy and execution for our hospitality clients across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

- Develop performance marketing strategies for hotels, resorts, boutique stays, and hospitality brands.
- Understand business goals, occupancy targets, seasonal demand, and booking patterns.
- Create media plans aligned with revenue and booking objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings while reducing dependency on OTAs.

Meta Advertising

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Build full-funnel campaigns for awareness, consideration, lead generation, and direct bookings.
- Create audience strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, interest-based, and custom audiences.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and lower acquisition costs.

Google Advertising

- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Develop keyword strategies around destinations, resorts, staycations, luxury stays, family vacations, weddings, and experiences.
- Optimize campaigns to generate qualified inquiries and booking intent traffic.
- Monitor and improve Quality Scores, CTRs, and conversion rates.

Analytics & Tracking

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.




- Create dashboards and reports highlighting key performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate attribution and measurement across campaigns.

Creative & Landing Page Collaboration

- Work closely with designers, content writers, and video editors to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide creative direction based on campaign insights.
- Collaborate with web teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Client Management

- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
- Translate marketing data into clear business insights.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities for client accounts.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with hotels, resorts, hospitality brands, travel businesses, wedding venues, or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Experience generating direct bookings and qualified leads through paid media.
- Understanding of hospitality customer journeys and seasonal demand patterns.
