Commission: $35-$45 per hour

What You Ll Be Doing Design and evaluate systems-level optimization and runtime performance tasks

Develop structured solutions, technical rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for infrastructure workloads

Provide written technical feedback on compiler engineering and low-level performance tasks

Collaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to improve training data quality

Support performance improvements across training and inference infrastructure systems

What We Re Looking For Strong experience in performance engineering, systems programming, or low-level optimization

Robust experience in C++, Python, or Rust with familiarity across multiple languages

Proven success improving latency, throughput, or memory optimization in production systems

Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Ability to contribute consistently during weekday working hours
