About the role

As a member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for shaping our employee experience to foster an inclusive, people-first company culture.

What You will do

- Create and manage employee life cycle process related documents such as SOPs, FAQs to build amazing employee experience across the organization
- Manage third party vendor relationships for Payroll
- Responsible for monthly Payroll Analytics and other HR metrics reporting at the organization level
- Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure
- Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
- Actively work with the vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure all the statutory and compliance requirements are fulfilled on monthly basis
- Administer employee benefits and perks for both full time team members and consultants.

What you will need

- Bachelors or Master's degree with specialization in HR field
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR professional
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills. We would love to have a Monica or an Amy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience in Excel and MS Office.
- Ownership and accountability for problem solving during the time of need
