Important Requirements For the client interview, candidates must visit the LTM office for a Face-to-Face interview.

Selected candidates will need to visit the Chennai client location to collect the client laptop.

Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) to lead solution design, technical architecture, quality governance, and delivery across complex Pega/BPM initiatives. The candidate will act as a technical design authority while ensuring Pega best practices, performance, security, and architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in identifying solution options, features, and technical approaches for Pega applications.

Communicate solution options and architecture recommendations to business stakeholders and Architecture Review Boards.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards, architecture patterns, frameworks, and technology roadmaps.

Own end-to-end technology delivery and act as Technical Design Authority across multiple projects.

Provide BPM and BRE guidance, technology recommendations, and transition strategies for complex initiatives.

Own design recommendations throughout the complete project lifecycle.

Act as a Pega and BPM technical leader/mentor for development teams.





Drive quality governance and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices and guardrail compliance.

Review technical work and provide guidance to development teams.

Troubleshoot complex production issues, identify root causes, and provide practical, technically justified solutions.

Review application logs and use Preflight and PAL to monitor performance and quality.

Design and recommend effective deployment procedures.

Propose innovative solutions for complex business and technical problems.

Work closely with cross-functional and cross-domain teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
