Responsibilities

- Provide specialized care for critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

- Conduct thorough assessments and continuously monitor patient progress to adjust care plans accordingly.

- Deliver emergency support and life-saving interventions as required.

- Maintain transparent, accurate, and timely clinical documentation of patient care and progress.

- Engage in family consultations to explain treatment plans and address concerns.

- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric intensive care and apply evidence-based practices.

- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and trainees in the department.
