Job Summary:-

We are looking for a PCB Testing Fixture Manufacturing Engineer / Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical fixture manufacturing, fitting, assembly, and inspection.

The candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, modifying, and maintaining PCB testing fixtures, jigs, and mechanical fixtures as per engineering drawings and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacture and assemble PCB testing fixtures, jigs, and mechanical fixtures.
2. Read and understand 2D mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
3. Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, filing, and other mechanical operations.
4. Perform fixture assembly, fitting, and alignment as per drawings.
5. Use Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
6. Modify and adjust fixtures based on testing and production requirements.
7. Identify and rectify mechanical fitting, alignment, and assembly issues.
8. Coordinate with design, production, and testing teams for fixture-related requirements.
9.



Maintain quality and dimensional accuracy of manufactured fixtures.
10. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper workshop housekeeping.

Required Skills

1. Good practical knowledge of mechanical fitting and fixture manufacturing.
2. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
3. Hands-on experience with drilling, tapping, filing, grinding, cutting, and fitting.
4. Knowledge of Vernier caliper, micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
5. Practical knowledge of jigs, fixtures, brackets, plates, and mechanical assemblies.
6. Good mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is required.
8. Ability to understand basic 2D drawings and 3D models.

Eligibility ITI – Fitter with 2–3 years of relevant experience, OR

Diploma – Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Experience in PCB testing fixtures, jig & fixture manufacturing, tooling, precision fitting, or mechanical assembly will be preferred.

Only ITI Fitter and Diploma Mechanical candidates are eligible.

Mechanical background is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is required.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
