Executive / Sr. Executive - Centralized Payroll
Location: Manesar
Experience: 4-6 Years
Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for 1,500-2,000 employees.
- Process monthly payroll, F&F; settlements, and statutory compliances.
- Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and plant teams for payroll inputs and MIS reporting.
- Resolve employee payroll and salary-related queries.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-6 years of payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in large workforce payroll management (1,500+ employees).
- Solid knowledge of payroll compliances, HRMS, and Advanced Excel.
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
