Key Responsibilities

Treatment Guidance: Explaining IVF, ICSI, and IUI protocols, medical steps, and timelines clearly to patients.

Emotional & Mindset Support: Helping couples navigate anxiety, stress, and expectations with empathy and confidential care throughout their journey.

Financial & Cost Transparency: Explaining package costs, payment terms, and financial options upfront to ensure zero patient confusion.

Consent & Documentation: Assisting patients with legal consent forms, medical records onboarding, and compliance protocols.

Care Coordination: Bridging communication between patients, gynecologists, embryologists, and nursing staff for smooth treatment flow.

Active Patient Follow-up: Maintaining regular touchpoints with patients across all phases, including pre- and post-embryo transfer steps.
