Key Responsibilities

- Greet and guide patients and their families upon arrival.

- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.

- Facilitate movement of patients between departments (consultation rooms, diagnostic areas, wards).

- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure timely services.

- Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.

- Ensure patient comfort and support throughout hospitalization.

- Monitor service quality parameters such as waiting times, comfort levels, and communication.

- Provide updates to attendants regarding procedures, schedules, and waiting times.

- Maintain patient records, documentation, and service logs.

- Assist with billing coordination, insurance documentation, and follow-ups.





- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.

- Support front office operations when required (registration, appointment handling).

- Coordinate between clinical teams (nursing, doctors, diagnostics).

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding processes.

- Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.

- Ensure infection control and safety guidelines are followed in patient areas.

- Monitor housekeeping and other facility-related services impacting patient care.

- Participate in audits, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
