ob Purpose The Patient Care & Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for handling patient enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp and other communication channels, providing accurate basic information about Heal Your Heart and its EECP services, coordinating doctor consultations, scheduling appointments and maintaining regular follow-up with prospective and existing patients.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that every patient enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently and that interested patients are appropriately guided towards a doctor consultation or appointment.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Patient Enquiry Management

- Attend incoming patient calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to enquiries received through WhatsApp, website and other channels.
- Understand the patient's basic requirement and reason for contacting Heal Your Heart.
- Collect relevant preliminary information from the patient.
- Explain the general services offered by Heal Your Heart in a transparent and understandable manner.
- Provide information regarding consultation, EECP sessions, treatment schedules and centre facilities as authorised by the management.

B. Appointment Coordination
- Coordinate doctor consultation appointments.
- Check doctor availability and offer suitable appointment slots.




- Confirm appointments with patients.
- Send appointment details, location and necessary instructions through WhatsApp.
- Contact patients who have not confirmed their appointments.
- Coordinate rescheduling and cancellations.

C. Patient Follow-up
- Follow up with patients who have made enquiries but have not yet booked an appointment.
- Follow up with patients who have missed or cancelled appointments.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule.
- Contact patients after consultation when instructed by the centre.
- Maintain proper records of all follow-up communication.

D. Patient Counselling – General Information The coordinator should be able to explain basic, approved information about:
- What EECP is.
- How an EECP session is generally conducted.
- Typical treatment/session schedules.
- Doctor consultation and patient evaluation process.
- What medical reports/documents patients should bring.
- Centre timings and appointment procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
