Role & responsibilities

- Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.

- Communicate with patients in English and Spanish.

- Handle patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Follow up with patients as required.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

- Provide professional and customer-focused service.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution of patient queries.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Collections or Healthcare.

- Fluent spoken English and Spanish.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable handling patient calls and follow-ups.

- Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Willing to work for a U.S.-based healthcare project.

- Delhi NCR candidates can apply if willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab.
