Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and well-connected Partnership Head to build collaborations with leading companies, strengthen industry relationships, and enhance the brand value of Startup Park Bangalore LLP.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish partnerships with companies, brands, startups, and industry leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and company heads.
- Develop strategic collaborations that create business and brand value.
- Initiate and manage MOU discussions and partnership agreements.
- Represent Startup Park in corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Explore opportunities for joint events, initiatives, and cross-promotional activities.




- Work closely with internal teams to execute partnership initiatives.
- Maintain a strong network of corporate and industry contacts.

Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Relations, or a related field.
- Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to connect and engage with senior management and business heads.
- Strong business acumen and qualified approach.
- Experience in startups, coworking, real estate, or corporate partnerships is an added advantage.
