A multi-stage venture capital platform is hiring a Partner to lead its Manufacturing & Hardware sector cluster (including Aerospace & Robotics) end to end - investment decisions, the pod and the P&L; - and co-drive the CAT I Angel Fund pipeline for the sector.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the full investment cycle - sourcing, evaluation, investment committee, negotiation, fundraising, monitoring and exits
- Build thesis-led conviction; run deep due diligence, financial evaluation and category mapping
- Lead and mentor an 8-10 member sector pod with full sector P&L; ownership; run weekly funnel reviews and quarterly strategy reviews
- Build market maps, competitive landscapes and investment theses; represent the platform externally




- Act as the primary bridge between founders and internal teams; support founders on GTM, product, fundraising, governance and hiring
- Enable follow-on rounds through VC, family office and global investor networks; drive secondaries, strategic exits and liquidity events
- Engage LPs and strategic partners; ensure governance per CAT I AIF norms Deeptech and AI sector knowledge is the focus for this cluster; Fintech and D2C backgrounds are also recognised. Please note this is an early-stage, high-growth platform with incentive-weighted earnings.
