Job Overview
Zentryx Global Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Part time Telecaller to support our Sales and Business Development team.
The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, scheduling appointments, handling basic enquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Identify and qualify potential business leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Prepare regular activity and follow-up reports.
- Support the Sales and Business Development team in developing qualified business opportunities.
customer service, customer support, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good verbal communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Strong listening and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work with assigned activity and lead-generation targets.
- Ability to work from the Kochi office during assigned working hours.
