Role Description The Part-Time Educational Video Contributor – Freelance / Collaboration role at mNc Digital Arts focuses on creating clear, engaging educational video content that demonstrates programming concepts and real-world coding workflows. In this full-time, on-site position based in Erode, the contributor will plan lesson structures, script tutorials, record and narrate coding sessions, and collaborate with the content and product teams to align materials with platform goals.

Daily responsibilities include designing example problems, showcasing step-by-step solutions, integrating platform features into video demonstrations, and updating content based on learner feedback and performance analytics. The role also involves ensuring that all videos meet quality standards for clarity, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills with the ability to explain coding concepts clearly and demonstrate real-world problem-solving techniques.
- Experience creating educational content, such as tutorials or online courses,



with a focus on structured explanations and practical examples.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video production, including scripting, screen recording, audio narration, and simple editing.
- Ability to interpret learner performance data and feedback to refine, update, and improve educational materials.
- Effective communication skills, with a learner-centered approach and attention to clarity, pacing, and accessibility.
- Comfort working in office in Erode, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing deadlines in a freelance or partnership setting.
- Relevant academic background in computer science, engineering, education, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
