Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular basketball coaching and practice sessions for students aged 18+ years.

- Train students in fundamental skills, techniques, rules, and game strategies.

- Develop individual and team performance through structured training programmes.

- Identify and nurture talented students for competitive basketball.

- Prepare and coach teams for inter-collegiate tournaments and competitions.

- Monitor students’ performance, fitness, discipline, and overall development.

- Organize practice matches and assess team performance.

- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of sports equipment and facilities.

- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive sporting setting.

- Coordinate with the Sports/Physical Education Department regarding schedules, competitions,



and student participation.

- Maintain basic records of training, attendance, and student performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Physical Education, Sports, or a related field is preferred.

- NIS certification will be an added advantage.

- Previous experience as a basketball coach, preferably in a college, university, or sports academy.

- Good knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, fitness training, and game strategies.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per day
