Job Title: Parent Relationship Manager cum Admission Counselor

nLocation: Faridabad

nKey Responsibilities:

nBuild and maintain solid relationships with prospective and current parents.

nAct as a liaison between parents and the institution, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.

nGuide parents through the admission process, including providing information about the institution, admission criteria, and required documents.

nConduct informative sessions for parents to showcase the benefits of our institution and its programs.

nAssist parents in completing admission forms and other related documents.

nCoordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process.

nProvide support to parents and students during the transition period into the institution.

nCollaborate with other departments to enhance the overall parent experience.
