Parent Relations Associate

We are looking for a Parent Relations Associate who will be the key point of contact for understanding the parent experience, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring that parent communication is handled with empathy, professionalism, and timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular communication with parents and build positive, professional relationships with them.
- Monitor and review parent concerns, queries, complaints, and feedback received through various communication platforms.
- Respond to parent queries appropriately and professionally, ensuring that concerns are acknowledged and addressed within the defined timelines.
- Make monthly feedback calls to parents to understand their experience, suggestions, concerns, and overall satisfaction with the center.
- Proactively identify recurring concerns, dissatisfaction, or potential issues through parent interactions and bring them to the attention of the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Center Heads and internal departments to ensure that parent concerns are properly understood, followed up, and resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, feedback, concerns, and resolutions.
- Follow up with parents wherever required to ensure that issues have been satisfactorily addressed and closed.
- Escalate sensitive, recurring, or unresolved concerns to the appropriate senior team members.




- Identify trends and common areas of parent concern and share relevant insights with the management team for improvement.
- Support the organization in developing stronger parent engagement and communication practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive parent conversations and information.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the overall parent experience across Kidzonia centers.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate comfortably with different types of parents.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand the underlying concern behind a parent's communication.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed while handling difficult or sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving and situation-management skills.
- A mature and empathetic approach towards handling parent concerns.
- Ability to respond appropriately rather than reactively, especially in challenging conversations.
- Comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups as a significant part of the role.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM Software and digital communication platforms.




- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop within the organization.
- Prior experience in parent relations, customer relationship management, customer service, education, hospitality, or a similar communication-intensive role will be an advantage.
