Role Description The Paint Development Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves designing and developing paint formulations for specific infrastructure and industrial applications, including surface preparation, coating performance, and durability requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting lab-scale experiments, evaluating raw materials,



performing quality and performance tests, and documenting test results and formulation changes.

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including experimental design, data analysis, and formulation optimization.
- Experience with Testing methods, including mechanical, chemical, and environmental tests for paints and coatings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of paint and coating technologies, surface preparation, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and safety practices.
- Ability to collaborate with production, quality, and project teams and communicate technical findings clearly.
