Orangeleaf Services is looking for an Owner Acquisition Caller to build and grow our network of property owners. You'll be the first point of contact for owners looking to list, rent, or sell their properties — identifying leads, pitching our services, and converting conversations into signed listings.
Key Responsibilities
- • Make outbound calls to property owners (from databases, referrals, online listings, and field leads) to pitch Orangeleaf's brokerage services
- • Qualify leads based on property type, location, owner intent, and timeline
- • Clearly explain our value proposition, commission structure, and process to owners
- • Convert calls into scheduled site visits or signed mandates/agreements
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversion status in CRM
- • Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads until conversion or disqualification
- • Coordinate handoffs to the sales/relationship team once an owner is onboarded
- • Meet daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets
- • Handle objections professionally and build trust with owners who may be new to working with brokers
Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (real estate experience a strong plus)
- • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and English
- • Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work
- • Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn
- • Solid persuasion and rapport-building skills
- • Resilience and patience — this role involves frequent rejection before conversion
Nice to Have
- • Existing knowledge of Pune's real estate micro-markets
- • Prior experience specifically in property/broker outreach or acquisition roles
